how to apply a mobile downside(rudder) menu like woodmart tool template

I found in some of your templates you putted rudder on the downside of screen, could you show me by how I could add this manually in the default theme?

I saw the screenshot you attached. This is the mobile bottom navbar to enable it you need to Go to Theme Settings >> General >> Mobile Bottom navbar.
