You can add specific text in the thre ways:

1. Insert the text into the short product description.

2. To add an additional tab to the products.

The shipping tab can be added globally in the Theme Settings > Products > Tabs this content is added to all the pages. Besides, you can add one more additional tab and it will be individual for each product. This tab added in the product page settings. In addition, you can add extra content as I said above.
