How to be sure what to delete

I have imported some dummy content (base + additional pages) that have created a lot of posts, pages, html blocks etc, media etc.
For posts and media I know how to handle, but for the rest, how can I be sure which on can I delete without affecting the site I have set up?
One of the reasons I’m asking is I have seen some other websites that have the same theme and if you google them you can find the results from dummy content on google and I want to be sure this doesn’t happen.

The dummy data is used in various places on the website. You can delete the data according to your needs.
Because it’s difficult to tell which HTML block is used where on your website because you have made changes to almost all the sections.
So you can keep the HTML blocks that you have edited all the delete the others the same with the pages etc.
You can take a complete backup of the website before deleting anything.
