I want to bult import size guide to save time

Size guide is a custom post of WoodMart, if you want to import/export from on-site on WoodMart to another, you can do it by means of tools > Import /export, there will be a list of all post types and you can choose what to import /export.
IF you are going to import third parties size guides, most likely they would be incompatible and you will have to recreate them from scratch.

I need to make size guides for each product, but the differences between the size guides are only several points, which means most parts of the size guides are the same, if I can import or duplicate the size guides,I will only need to modify several points, it will save much time

WoodMart does not have this option. Please try to do it with the free Post duplicate plugin.
