I am writing you from my xtemos dashboard account. I cannot see create new topic button anymore. I can only see post reply button. I have used the create new topic button to raise about three to four tickets since i bought the theme but as i write, it seems that button is deactivated on my account as i cannot find it anywhere on my account. You can access my account to see for yourself.
For the gift card, i have added screenshot i hope it helps. We dont want to sell the gift cards. We as the store owner wants to gift the cards for free to deserving customers. We are thinking that when a customer purchases an item up to a certain amount say $50, the customer can have access to choose a gift card to his or her cart or the gift card will be automatically added to customers items on checkout.
