How to change checkout order (1. Overview, 2. Payment methods)

Hello,
I am a bit confused why the order of my checkout is first payment methods and then order overview. Usually it is the other way around (as in your templates).
How can I change that?

It looks like an issue caused by the extra plugin.
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
