prashanthbParticipanthow to change the default sorting to sort by price : low to high, i mean i want sort by price : low to high as default sorting with the same name on it, like right now the sorting are based on A-Z alphabetical order so the name is changed to default sorting, but i don’t want the name sort by price : low to high to be changes as default sorting name, instead, i want sort by price : low to high as default, whenever a visitor visits my website the products should be visible in sort by price : low to high as default

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty Five or WooCommerce Storefront to understand it is our theme issue or not?
If the issue is with WoodMart theme, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

Censio.dkParticipantI found the issue – Why did you guys disable the archive on a live webshop, without saying so?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do not make changes directly on live websites, but if there was an adjustment that affected the archive pages, it may have been an unintended consequence of troubleshooting steps. We are really sorry for that.
We’re glad you were able to identify the issue. If you need any assistance in restoring or adjusting the settings, please let us know, and we will do our best to help.
Best Regards,
