How to change footer column heading from Retail Template?

I want to change footer column heading from Retail Template, but I am unable to find the appropriate way to change the heading. In Retail template, the footer column is an HTML block and when I open that HTML block then there’s no option to edit the heading text. See in the image, I want to edit this text. But, I am unable to find a way.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
