How to change header menu font colors and hover colors

Hello, I cant seem to find where I can change just the header menu colors for menu text for both normal and hover. If the settings for that are not in the admin section can you please tell me what file and link I can change those on? The site in question is on a temporary domain right now. Thanks!

You can change the menu color and hover through Theme Settings -> Typography -> Advanced typography -> create a new rule with the “Main navigation links” item.

You can disable it in the Theme settings > General > Mobile bottom navbar.
