How to change header such as contactus , newsletter and social icon link

As per my topic ,I am new for the wordpress and I had try to serch and check the theme still can not find where I can edit contactus , new letter also social media icon link,Please give me some guide line I also read the manual and watch the video it is not clear for me. Thank you !

Thank you for your quick response! I have further questions on this topic, I would like to setting up a social profile on the theme set but when I add Url it is not going to my share link ??? I have to remove # and save the URL several times Please find the attached picture for reference

Social profiles have two tabs: Links to Social profiles and Social Buttons.
Links to social profiles configure networks to follow, add URLs
Share buttons configure the networks to share, you need to enable those you need.
When you add a widget to a sidebar or element in the header, there is an option to set the function of the social icons: to share or to follow, the icons would appear accordingly.
