I would like to change the text lost your password text to forgot password. How to do this?
Also is there a possibility to change the login information from username or email to phone or email?

You need to install and use the loco translate plugin and choose the correct path to translate the string.
Your path will be Loco Translate >> Themes >> Woodmart.

2) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings for that.
Because MyAccount is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
