There is no option to limit product title in the default Woocommerce. You can only limit the height of the title and thus cut the title.

ok, I got a plugin which can easily set title limit in shop, homepage or category page with three dots in the end and its working good with your theme.

Can you help me solving the issue that I posted in my last thread?
