How to change original Black text throughout the theme?

Hi There,
Trying to change the text main color from black to #002649.
The primary color in the theme setting just change buttons and some other elements but does not affect the main text color.
In the screenshot, I have shown which text I mean.
Can I please have a CSS code to change all those blacks and not individually? (or if needs to be done individually, codes to change them)

Please navigate to Theme Settings > Typography and you will find the options to change the color.
