Its not what I need, I want to change all the design of this with Elementor.
I want to add ACF fileds, change the grid and more.
there is any option to do it with Elementor, its just adding html blocks no?

You need to hide the title on the page and create your own with Elementor. You can hide the title in the Theme Settings > Page title.
