You should assign a page as a Portfolio, then create categories and in this case, all the titles and breadcrumbs would have a logic structure, you can see the sample here: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/portfolio/?opt=portfolio_under_image

You can install and configure Yoas SEO plugin to configure titles as per your needs.
