    Hello,

I am using the Tethys template and would like to change the single product to the template “Sticky Product” (https://space.xtemos.com/demo/tethys/product/sky-blue-shirt/?opt=sticky_product_tethys).

When I go to Theme Settings – single product – product builder there is only the “Product With Background” to choose.

How can I import/use the Sticky Product template? Couldn’t find any entry in your documentation (please add if not exist).

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Christian

    Hello,

Make sure that you have enabled the “Sticky product” option in Theme Settings -> Single product: https://prnt.sc/2pCU4q6l0CP_

    Thank you for your time.

    Hello,

thanks for your answer but this is only the half answer. I asked how to change/use the whole template “sticky product” from the demo/template. Not how to make the product sticky.

Make the product sticky is not the only difference to the default template, also the product picture is different (–> gallery).

Of course, I can adjust the template by myself but I would like to know how I can just change the template as it is shown in the demo. Or are these only examples what is possible? Then it is not really clear and fair mentioned to be honest.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

In order to make the same template as there https://space.xtemos.com/demo/tethys/product/sky-blue-shirt/?opt=sticky_product_tethys , navigate to Theme Settings and click on the sticky_product_tethys preset where there is a lock – the options that were included for creating sticky_product_tethys

    So you need to do:

    1. Disable product template
    2. Single product -> Images -> Enable Bottom horizontal carousel
    3. Single product -> Single product -> Enable Sticky product / Custom header

I see, I didn’t know/understand that I can do individual settings with the elements on the right. Now it makes sense.

    Thank you.

    Sorry Luke,

I have to come back with to topic again.

On the demo page (https://space.xtemos.com/demo/tethys) you have these different layouts/templates for single products: https://imgur.com/Hj2gwtd

Question 1: How can I setup, that I want the “Sticky product” as the default template for all products?

Question 2: I see that I can add custom templates for specific products: Why do I see there only the option “Product with Background”? https://imgur.com/jcpe34U

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    1. The sticky product option is situated in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Sticky product: https://prnt.sc/YOCaJO-1onF_

If you use a custom template for the product page, you can enable the Sticky product via the settings of the column -> Advanced -> Xtemos extra.

    2. This is a template product and should be manually created. The “Product with Background” is a template for a product page that can be edited via Dashboard -> Product templates.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards

I think I maybe wrote my main question wrong here.

Is there any way to just change the template for all products with one click to your demo single pages or do I have to customize the product with background that it looks as I wish?

I figured it out on my way: I just have to create a layout and can choose a template there. That was all what I wanted to know 🙂
