How to change template for popup notification when username / password is wrong

I have a quick question regarding the login flow. We want to do some changes to the popup that appears when the user inputs a wrong username / password and the page is refreshed.

Could you please direct me to the template or part of a template that handles this?

You must be logged in to view attached files.

It is just a notification message that comes with WooCommerce styled to be sticky on the page. You can try to customize it in the WooCommerce core files but we don’t have instructions for this.
We can help you with some style tweaks like colors/position/size/font.
