How to change text above Place Order Button ?

How can i edit the text and the link to the “privacy policy” above the place order button ?

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

To change the privacy policy page link on the cart page. You need to Go to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Accounts & Privacy.

And you can choose a separate page or can use other options according to your requirements. You can also change the text from the same settings page.
