hey there, I’m setting up my shop, also translating it but I am unable to change text on the shop page? How can I customize the shop page?

You should find the stings in Loco > PLugins > Woocommerce.
The widget titles are translated in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area > enter the title and translate.
