How to change text which the shipping area not cover

How can I modify the text description (highlighted shown in attachment) for areas that are not within the shipping coverage? I want to provide customers with a clearer explanation, rather than just saying there’s no shipping option available and it need to ensure that the address has been correctly entered, avoiding any confusion that may sound like a system error.

You can translate/rewrite all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

When you create the translation file in the same language which you have set in Dashboard > Settings > General, you can replace a string and rewrite it this way. Please check and follow this: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.

But mine issue is not translation, or are you trying to ask me to use this feature to find out the text and edit the source text shown as attachment?

The Loco Translate plugin allows you to change or rephrase any string. You say you want to modify this string and rewrite it to give more clear information, you need to create the translation in the same language you have set in the site for Woocommerce, find this sting, and rewrite it.

It would help if you changed the translation, not the source text and you will see the edited text on the page.
