How to change the button position over an image

Honestly I donno why but it can be a real mess if you wanna change button position on the image.
Take a look at this banner, I wanna make the same thing, but I make a mess all the time
That the screenshot of a banner that I’m trying to make the similar banner, but I can change the position of the button properly, there’s center left right option but It’s not what I’m looking for, I wanna put the button where exactly I want it.

I know there’s an option to change the position but I can only put it in specific places not everywhere I want. Take a look at this screenshot
