How to change the category titles from dark grey to white on desktop devicesonly

Hey, I recently posted this but got no responses so trying again. As you can see on desktop devices the text on the category section cant really be seen. On mobile and tablet, it’s good just not on desktop. I’ve tried this code but it hasn’t worked. If anyone can help!
