How to Change the Design of Product Loop Gallery Images

In the product loop items section, how can I change the design of the area marked with a red arrow in the link and screenshot? For example, I would like to make it vertical with dots, similar to the gray/yellow area. Also, I want to limit the product images in this section because when some of my products have many gallery images, it tries to load all of them into this area, which negatively affects speed and usability.
If you don’t have such a feature available, could you please note it for inclusion in the next update?

01. Sorry to say there is no option in theme settings available for that. Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Styles > Enable the option Product gallery and configure the “Product gallery controls” to Arrows or “Hover”.
02. Sorry, but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires customizations, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

thank you for your response. I understand your explanation regarding the first point; it may be limited, and I can adjust it with CSS to achieve the desired design.
However, your response to the second point should fall within your authority and support policy, because this is an issue that affects the overall performance of a theme. It is not a custom, user-specific development it impacts the health and performance of the theme itself. I kindly ask you to reconsider this matter.
