How to change the main title for SEO?

For example, we are a gift shop, we have a separate category “Birthday”. Everything on the menu looks great and clear. But for Google, not really. We need to change the category to “Birthday Gifts”, but the name is too long, doesn’t look good on the menu, and takes up a lot of space.

We need to change the H1 heading without changing its category tree. How can I do that?
