How to change the page title of Portfolio page

I set the shipment page as the portfolio page, I also change the title of of shipment page, but when I switch to the frontend, its title did not change, how can I change the title.
The page title should be HARSLE Shipment News, instead of Shipment

No, you have check the page title and slug, I only want to change the SEO title of the page!

For the Seo title, Navigate to RankMath Seo > Titles and Meta > Shipment Category Archive Titles.

It will work for other categories title name, but it will not work for the “all” category title. please check the attached pictures

Unfortunately, it is not possible. “‘All’ is not a category; it simply shows the archive title which you have added “Shipment”. The title ‘ALL’ will not appear for this view since it represents all items, not a specific category.”
