How to change the style of the language switcher?

How can I change it to list?

Please navigate to Appearance -> Menus -> edit an appropriate menu and make the menu in list style: https://take.ms/vf22h , so as a result, the dropdown will be disabled and you will have something similar to that: https://take.ms/KuWlx

But what should I type to the custom link?
Because for the current dropdown language switcher, if I am at the about us page, it will switch to the about us page another language; if I am at the contact us page, it will switch to the contact us page another language.
I tried your method, I have to type a custom link, whenever I click the language switcher, it will only switch to that page.
