Seems there’s no option in the theme settings to do so.

I’ve tried to use the “title-alt” as CSS class, however, it doesn’t seem to take effect.
(font-family doesn’t change)

When you insert classes to the elements they would be applied. I recommend you using advanced typography options. You can choose the selector from the drop-down or insert the class.
