How to change these descriptions

Hi,
The descriptions on my blog page have worked for some posts but for some of the posts the filler text is still there.
How can i get the proper content to pull through.
I have attached a correct example and then an incorrect example

I saw the screenshots you attached.
The text displayed on the blog seems to be the post excerpt. Please edit the posts and edit the excerpt content.
If you are trying to ask anything else then please elaborate on what you actually want to achieve to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Surely you could work out from the context that I wanted to learn how to edit the post excerpt.

You are Most Welcome.
You can edit the post excerpt from edit post >> Excerpt. If the excerpt input is not visible then you can enable it from screen options.

Then after enabling it you can add the excerpt in the excerpt input.
