How to change URL

I am using a temporary URL to develop my site and will be changing the URL once I finish. What are all the steps to change to a new URL. ie do I have to deactivate under Xtemos account (screen shot attached) and deactivate the license in the wordpress dashboard etc….

You can activate the license twice for one and the same site: once for testing and one for the live domain and keep these two domains. You will need to change URLs and domains.
