Would you please mention that how would I be able to change it to the post title ?

You can install a child theme that comes with our theme and copy these files to the child theme root folder. Then, you will not lose your changes after the update.

Would you please which part of the code is responsible for “blog” phrase which is tagged with <h3> ?
Just find all <h3> tags there and replace with <h1>.

But I want to change the “blog” instance with something else.
In this case, you will need to change the name for your blog page in Dashboard -> Pages.
