When I search for something and click on the search button it saws result and search text stays there in search box. I want to make the search bar clear once user click on search button. How do I achieve that?

    Hello,

As far as I understand your purpose, please disable the AJAX search in the Search element of the Header builder.

    Best Regards

I think you have not understood my question.

    Let me explain –

The user has searched for coriander, After getting results, a user wants to type new content into the search box.

The problem is he needs to manually clear coriander text before typing new content.

Is there a way to automatically clear the search box text once I press the enter or click on the search button?

    Hello,

Would you kindly send the screen on each step you have now and how you want it to be?

    Best Regards

I don’t understand why it is taking so long for you to understand this. Any technical or even non-technical person would understand this.

Still let me explain again –

I have searched for coriander and pressed enter to see the list of result – http://prnt.sc/1143bk4
Now if I want to search for Banana I will have to erase coriander text manually.

I want to change it to –
When I search for coriander and press enter the search box text should be clear so Now if I want to search for Banana I don’t need to erase coriander text manually.

I hope you get my point

    Hello,

I was hesitating if you mean the AJAX results showing in the process of the searching.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove this word in the way you describe it. Our search is based on the Woocommerce search functionality and it is the way it works. You can see the same testing the search in the Storefront.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards
