    Please try to disable AJAX add to cart option in the Theme Settings > Single Product > Add to cart options.

    Hi,

    I tried the method you suggested, but it still jumps to the link in the same window. The effect I want to achieve is when I click the button, it will open the page in a new window.

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    Please install and activate the Storefront theme in Appearance > Themes > Add new > find by title.
