How to close the main menu tab

Hi ! I have a problem that when I am on the page / my-account (Alli works the plugins of WC Vendos) only the tab of the categories “All categories” is lowered and it remains displayed all the time covering part of the site. In the rest of the site it does not do this problem and only appears when someone logs in to the site. I think I understand that there is a conflict between the plugins and the theme. How can I fix this unwanted effect to appear?
