How to copy Elements from any woodmart prebuilt website to your current theme

Is there a way to copy a full section like the hero page with all its content from a prebuilt template to your current one, since the design library doesnt contain all the elements of all the prebuilt websites, i am struggling to copy a section i like from another template to mine

To import pages from other demos, we recommend creating a staging site first so your live site remains unaffected:

Once the staging site is ready, you can import the additional demos there and copy or export the pages you want to use on your main website.
