How to creat a inquiry form include information of woocommerce single product

I am trying to creat a inquiry form, put the button in the single product, but have no idea to get the information of corresponed product information, make the customers know which product is inquirying, and I also will know which product is inquiryed automatically.
Possibly, could you give me some hits or guide to achieve, or the woodmart can make it somewhere or somehow ?

Woocommerce does not provide such an option and our theme does not have any options. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
