Hi. I can’t find how to place the whole tree of product categories and subcategories in the Browse categories drop down menu.

Please don’t tell me that I have to add one by one all the categories to make a menu.

    Hello,

You can select All Categories at once to add them under the Menu, please check this Video for reference in this regard: https://www.veed.io/view/09627865-f01c-418f-81bd-c6cf2227e80f

But to have the hierarchy for the Subcategories, they (the Subcategories) need to be adjusted by dragging the Items under the Parent Categories.

    Best Regards

hi. Yes, I know. The problem is that when I search for them in product categories, it only shows me 2 or 3 of each parent category.

I don’t know why it doesn’t show all of them, as they are created in Woocommerce>category.

    any idea?

my god, the product category selector from where the menu is created, does not show the categories in the order they were created. it is showing them in alphabetical order, that’s the problem.

How to tell worpress not to order them. Just show them in the order they were created with woocommerce?

My problem is that the tree of categories and subcategories are going to reach 300…

    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but we have further confirmed this concern with the default WordPress Theme activated too like Storefront on our Test Site and the order of the Product Categories appearing under the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus is the same as it is (i.e. Alphabetical Order).

So, this functionality here isn’t influenced by the Theme itself. It might be from WordPress end or WooCommerce end. So, you might want to contact the respective mentioned Support in this regard if they can provide you with any sort of guide or help in this regard (if applicable).

Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard !

    Best Regards
