How to create a newsletter at footer

how to add a newsletter form at the footer like the image postion i wanted that position (1st image) like the only the form sign up for newsletter (2nd image)

To add newsletter signup form in the footer you need a Newsletter sign up widget under footer from Appearance >> Widgets.
