How to create a popup

It seems as if I’m not able to make a popup with elementor. I have used a previous theme before from a different company and I was able to? Do i have to make it totally from scrap? If so could you explain, in detail how I make the popup

You can add the Promo Popup easily from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup >> https://ibb.co/16GfmMk and add the content in the form of HTML Block.

Yes but when I click on the promo pop up there is no presaved HTML block. You said I could create my own which I will if I have to but just double checking as to why this is not saved on there?

You can create your own promo pop-up by following these steps:

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Navigate to HTML Blocks > Add New.
2. Create a New HTML Block – Add your content (text, images, buttons, etc.).
3. Publish the HTML Block.
4. Go to Theme Settings > Promo Popup.
5. Select the Newly Created HTML Block from the dropdown.
6. Save Changes and check the front-end to see your custom promo pop-up in action.

If your newly HTML Block is not saved, share the wp-login details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
