How to create different single product layout for another language

Hi,
We have a website in Dutch (NL) that is translated into German (DE). Because clients in both countries value other things we would like to create en different single product layout for the German website (DE).
Our website is translated with WPML and we looking to find a solution to do that. Do you know:
1 – if this is possible?
2- if it’s possible: how can we do it?

That’s possible. You can translate product layouts into other languages as others, then modify it.
