erezParticipantI created a HTML Block As a filter For a specific category .
I used your explanation page :
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/create-filters-form/Block number [html_block id="2068"]
I assigned it to a category on this page : (See Private Content)The problem is that I’m still seeing Widgets filter And not the filter of
the HTML Block .I would love to know what I am doing wrong 🙂

erezParticipantSelect one of the filters, click the Filter button
and then click X to cancel the filter you selected,
Now try filtering again, and you will see that the filtering options are gone .July 3, 2021 at 7:48 am #304281
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

erezParticipantI checked again now on the staging site And now it does work .
I do not know if you fixed it, but if so tell me how and I will post the fix to the siteJuly 3, 2021 at 10:33 am #304296
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have logged into your website and the issue is caused by the configurations you made for the filter attributes.
You have set them to be displayed on the specific categories so when you click the clear filter buttons all the filters including the category are cleared and it is redirected to the shop page that’s why it is not displaying after clicking the clear button.

Please try removing the categories slug from the show on categories option then check back.
Best Regards

erezParticipantYou’re right , but According to your guide and I quote:
“Starting from WoodMart 2.9 you can create products filters
form and display it on any page on your website” End of quote .The whole purpose was to use different filters for different categories
After all, the option exists to associate the filter with a specific category. If I create a general filter for the SHOP pageת Then creates another filter for specific category,The SHOP fillet bypasses and will also appear on the page of the specific category
why is it not working ?
July 3, 2021 at 11:39 am #304307
erezParticipantI think I understand now
It’s like in the Matrix movie, “There can be only one” filter 🙂
And there I define what will appear where .I still do not understand why after cleaning the filter
It goes from the category page to the SHOP pageJuly 3, 2021 at 12:00 pm #304318
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
We are Glad that you understand the functionality.
This is the default behaviour that if you click on the clear filters button then it will redirect to the shop page.
Regards.

erezParticipantI found that if you add filtering by category,
In this situation if you clean the filter it does not go to the SHOP page.
It remains in the same category page .Thank you for the help, you can close the ticket
