How to create image hotspot in elementor

I tried to add hotspot widget in elementor and add items but there is not effect on image.
Also I cannot find documentation about elementor version of hotspot.

Please provide the site admin access to the private area and page URL where you are trying to apply the Hotspot.

We do not have the documentation for Hot spots on either builder. I will check and suggest.
