alicejoliana7ParticipantHello,
I’m using the Marketplace 2 demo of WoodMart, and I have chosen Elementor as my page editor. I would like to customize or replace the top-left homepage slider (the one with a countdown timer and “Buy Now” button), and display my own content or promotion instead.
Could you please let me know:
1, Where can I edit or replace that slider?
2, How can I set up the Countdown and Buy Now button feature, as shown in the demo?
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Thank you in advance for your guidance!
Best regards,

alicejoliana7ParticipantTitle:
Elementor not working with WoodMart Slides – “The content area was not found”Hello,
When I try to add a new Slides item in WoodMart, the editor defaults to the Classic Editor. For consistency across my website, I wanted to use Elementor to design the slide content.
However, when I click “Edit with Elementor”, I get this error:
“Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content() function in the current template…”
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
At this point, I’m wondering:
➡️ Is there a better or recommended way to create and design WoodMart slides without Elementor?
Can I simply use the Classic Editor or the WoodMart built-in slide settings to fully build functional slides (with background images, countdowns, buttons, etc.)?Looking forward to your guidance. Thanks a lot!

alicejoliana7ParticipantSubject: Follow-up on Elementor Compatibility with Slides
Hello, WoodMart Support Team,
Thank you for your response and your willingness to assist.
At this stage, I would prefer not to provide wp-admin login details yet, and would like to further clarify my issue based on my recent testing.
Yesterday, I attempted to create slides using the Classic Editor. While I was able to create individual slide items successfully, I noticed that these slides caused layout issues when inserted into a page edited with Elementor — the content appeared broken or misaligned.
This leads me to a few important questions:
Is it mandatory to use Elementor to create or edit slide items for full compatibility?
And if so, does that require Elementor Pro, or can the free version handle this properly?
Your guidance on this would be greatly appreciated, as I’m aiming to ensure a smooth integration between WoodMart sliders and Elementor without unnecessary complexity.
Thank you once again for your support.
Kind regards,
