How to define how the STORE is displayed

I want to define the order in which products are displayed when a person enters the store. Where can I define this?

Navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Sorting Options from where you can select the sorting method you prefer: https://ibb.co/CK9TQdd
