How to define Top Related Products?

I saw the products loop – ‘Top related products’, How can I set one products top related products? Thanks in advance.

Im aware of up sell and cross sell. from the woodmart theme Elementor widget, there is a data source: top related products under products (grid or carousel). My question is where to set top related products, not the upsell or cross sell.

The Product Grid allows for showing top-rated products.
