Sorry to say but as far as we are seeing the My Account page on our Test Site, we aren’t seeing those Radio Buttons.
Could you please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field on which you are facing the issue so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
Also, please mention on My Account exactly where these Radio Buttons are appearing.
