How to delete 0 in red circle near cart and which list?

when user of the website have nothing in the Wishlist or cart the red Rond with 0 appears near it on desktop and mobile it is not pleasant so how to delete this circle while the are no goods there (I need it to display only if the is some goods)

Unfortunately we do not have such a function to hide the counter when the value is 0.
