HOW TO DELETE SHIPPING HTML BLOCK ?

I’m trying to delete the default text in the shipping & delivery area of HTML BLOCK.
I previously tried editing this area by going to the Themes Settings > Product page.
this merely allowed me to edit the highlighted Header and left footer .

I saw the screenshot you attached.
To edit the shipping & delivery tab you need to edit the HTML block used from Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Tabs >> Additional tab.
