How to delete "Special Offer" & "Purchase Theme"

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Remove “Menu” http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

For top categories, how can i select only categories i want to be shown there?

I tried to do as in attached but not thing happened, Don’t know what did i do wrong. or what i have to set for ” order by”

At top categories…

My problems are

1. how can i rearrange those categories. i gradually selected them with hope to be shown in order as i wanted (low to high price) but they are mixed up (see my page pls)

2. is it possible to delete text on the picture there? it override my picture. or how can i move it outside my pic?
