How to disable products per page option on shop page?

Hello,
I to disable product per page option from the category page. I the Products grid section, I made changes but it is not working. I have attached the snapshot too.

On every page, I want to show 36 products.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Grid and disable the option.

Then clear cache and check back. If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
