How to Disable the “Skip to Navigation” / “Skip to Main Content” Links
-
Hello,
Recently, two skip links — “Skip to navigation” and “Skip to main content” — suddenly appeared at the very top of my website front-end. They link to #menu-main-navigation and #main-content, and the URL changes to #main-content when clicked.
These links were not visible before. Could you please explain why they suddenly appeared and how I can completely disable or hide them from the front-end?
My website is using the latest version of the WoodMart theme and a child theme.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Following up this post, I have the same issue.
Clearing cache or disabling cache plugin didn’t help.

Hello,
Please clear all the optimization caches from the cache and CDN, and test how it works.

Hi,
For me, the LiteSpeed Cache was the issue. When I purge all the cache together didn’t work, and I needed to purge one by one LS, CCS/JS, object etc, which did the trick.
Thanks!
Hello,
@balazs
Thank you for sharing your experience! Yes, sometimes LiteSpeed Cache can hold older versions of CSS/JS or object cache. Purging each cache type individually often resolves the issue.
